Vermont Maid® Sugar Free Syrup (May substitute with Vermont Maid® Original Syrup)
vanilla ice cream
Combine first 4 ingredients in order given. Cook 15 minutes in saucepan, stirring constantly. Place 1' slice of banana bread on plate. Place a large scoop of vanilla ice cream over the bread. Pour 1/4 cup maple sauce over ice cream. Top with whipped cream, walnuts and maraschino cherry (optional). Serve immediately.
