Giant Maple-Caramel Rolls

Baked rolls with cinnamon, maple and caramel flavor.

  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1/2 cup pecan halves
  • 1 Tbsp. granulated sugar
  • 1/4 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 can refrigerated breadsticks
  • 1/2 cup Vermont Maid® Sugar Free Syrup (May substitute with Vermont Maid® Original Syrup)


Preheat oven to 375F. Place butter in 9-inch layer cake pan; place pan in oven. Heat 2 to 3 minutes until butter melts. Stir in syrup; sprinkle evenly with nuts. In cup, mix sugar and cinnamon. Separate breadstick dough along perforations into 6 spiral rolls. Dip both sides of each roll into cinnamon sugar. Place 5 rolls around edge of pan and 1 roll in center; sprinkle with any remaining sugar mixture. Bake 25 minutes until bubbly and rolls are well browned. Cool rolls 1 minute in pan; invert onto serving plate. Serve warm.
